About Us

Return Window

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Instructions

To start a return, please contact us at bonavarna@gmail.com before sending your item.

All approved returns must be sent via India Speed Post to ensure safe delivery and tracking. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit if they are not sent via India Speed Post.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the returned product will be refunded. Original shipping charges (if any) and return shipping charges are not refundable.

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item due to our mistake, we will reimburse the applicable return shipping cost in addition to the product price. To be eligible, you must send us clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with a copy of your India Speed Post shipping receipt. Claims without a valid shipping receipt may not be eligible for shipping cost reimbursement.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return-related questions at bonavarna@gmail.com.
